Rafael Flexes His Muscles

Rafael has been opening doors, connecting us to research organizations and non-profits that are working to help Optic Neuritis patients like me. While we are close to the book design being finalized, Rafael and I have also been talking to organizations to see if we align with their research programs so we can determine how we will donate the designated funds from book sales. Learning what some doctors are working on has not only given us hope for a positive trajectory, but also connected us to a community that gives back support. Despite having legs he cannot walk on, Rafael has done a ton of leg work.  Below are some of the organization we have been talking to and been inspired by.
